We process results from 38 awarding bodies, and there’s a two-step matching process for extra diligence.
First we match applicant records with candidate details from awarding bodies in May/June (and again with a refreshed list in July), and then we match results received in August, ready for providers to confirm offers.
Teachers and advisers can get results an hour ahead of UCAS opening to students — so your support can be targeted towards unplaced students.
Having exam results import to our student records system via the ABL saves our Admissions Team countless hours of chasing applicant results and manually entering qualification data. Using the ABL means that we receive verified results in advance of results day and we can dedicate more Admissions Team resource to the consideration of new applications in Clearing.
